The thing that happened .... this is the true story .... 7 April 2009 around 7.00pm, one my platoon mate in charge of one junior platoon .... He called and asked me to takeover his mates postition to take care of their platoon because he were busy for something else. I was thinking if they were lieing .... i asked him if he asked others to take over for him ... he told me no. Okay i believe him for once.
8 April 2009 ... 11.45am ... i saw the two of them came down just to kill the time of lessons ... i could have spent the time in class for lessons ... CO asked me if i am happy to miss the lessons, i replied "no." He told me ... "can miss lessons leh ..." "I dun like loh ... later i will miss wat the teacher teaches" ....
I spent the time with the juniors learning SAR21 ... learning that they will not be able to fire live rounds ... ... during the time ... they showed no respect to me, show no discipline in HQ .... I was thinking to complain to their PS ... but because i had never hold the responsibility as a PS i thought of not complaining to them ...
When i reached back school with my juniors ... I saw the two of them ... with the Cambodia Service Trip friends ... didnt they said they were not FREE? BUSY with something ? Treating me as a retard? INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE! ... i started walking to them ... i start asking them ... i thought u not free? why still down here?! "sorry lah, we got Cambodia thing" .... "i also got my Vietnam thing rite?" ... i remembered myself swinging my bag and my bag of things onto the ground because i was about of thinking of hurting them with violence. I controlled myself ... i complained to them how freaking pissed of i am for doing such a tired job for them even they had lied to me! What for care about their cadet when they can't even show a proper example !
I was thinking of going to locker and take my phone ... however because of this i really can't stand it and i forgot about my phone .... i took 196 bus ... back home, reached about 6.00pm. I told my brother wat had happened to my NCC .... I told him long winded story about it .... I told him not to lie because Lie Will Cause Death ... I had been using this phrase for few years when i spoke with my brother, and when i told him that ... loud banging sound came.
My bro asked mom what happened, my mom thought it was just something dropped from people's Lorry or something ... heard people shouting! everyone took a look ... An old tree Falled off crashing onto one of the car ... the place where i always walk back home ... no one was injured .... that was 6.25pm 8 April 2009 .... I should be the one who is dead by then .... all thanks to God, he showed me the truth and saved me from death. Lie is no joke try do it to urself then ... God will show you the consequence of it.
If i had taken my phone and forget about what they did i should have died.
